Planning and Zoning Documents

The Building Inspector enforces the provisions of the adopted Building Code (Ord 08-012). The purpose is to safeguard the public health, safety, and general welfare to life and property from fire and other hazards.

To obtain a Building Permit submit 2  plan sets for review. After a permit is issued required inspections should be called in to the Building Inspector.
CID (Construction Industries) performs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections for the Village of Corrales. The permits and inspections for these disciplines should be coordinated with the prospective sub-contractor.

For questions regarding Building Permits or to set up an inspection call Lee at 505-897-0502 ext. 222 or email your request to Lee Brammeier at LBrammeier@corrales-nm.org

SIGN PERMITS
