The teen volunteer program is a great way to both get in service hours a school might require as well as earn valuable on the job experience that can go towards building a resume.
Our library offers shifts that you can choose to schedule yourself in based on your available schedule.
Mondays: 4-5 p.m.
Tuesdays: 4-6 or 5-7 p.m.
Thursdays: 4-6 or 5-7 p.m.
Fridays: 4-5 p.m.
Saturdays: 11-12 p.m.
We realize that the offered schedule may not be the right fit for all teen volunteers, so if there is a more appropriate schedule for you then please talk with the youth services librarian. Also, life can change with seasonal activities so the youth services librarian will email out a schedule to choose from each month so that the volunteer can adjust their hours on a monthly basis if needed.
